BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our location is remote and it takes some effort to be ready for guests. For this reason, we may have a stricter cancellation policy than motels along the HWY. Thank you for your understanding.

YOUR PAYMENT

When paying by credit card: You pay upon booking.

When paying by etransfer or international bank transfer, your payment must be transferred within 7 days after booking with us. Otherwise, your booking will be cancelled.

Once we have received your payment, we will send you a final booking confirmation with all necessary information.

YOUR CANCELLATION

If you cancel your stay:

• at least 3 weeks before your intended stay, we will refund 80% of your total booking.

• at least 1 week before your intended stay, we will refund 40% of your total booking.

If booking is cancelled 6 days or less before your arrival or in case of no show, no refund will be paid.
