UNPLUG AND ENJOY
In wintertime, it is the perfect setting to go cross-country skiing, ice skating on one of the surrounding waters, or snowshoeing. Or simply enjoy the cozy fireplace in the cabin or a good rest in the wall tent. In summer, wherethebearlives is an ideal base for hiking, fishing on our riverbank, canoeing, or taking a guided hike with one of the valley's bushmen.
WE PICK YOU UP
We offer a pick-up service from the nearest airport in Smithers BC. The transfer from there to our paradise takes about 2.5 hours (one way). If there is snow, you will experience the last miles of your trip on a snowmobile.

If you are planning a hike, we will be happy to drive you to your starting point. Of course, will pick you up at the end of your trip.
